Backstock, Out of Stock, and In Stock
Having a product in stock means we have it and can send it.
Out of stock indicates that we do not have the product and do not anticipate receiving more. This mostly occurs with products like unique items, dye seeds, or seasonal dyes.
Backstock describes an item that is momentarily out of stock but we are anticipating more. If you order more than one item, we'll frequently send you the items that are currently in stock
Goods that have been lost, damaged, or gone missing
Please contact us right away if any of the items in your order are missing or were damaged in transit. Please include photographs of the damage in your email. We will assist you in filing a claim with the USPS for lost Priority Mail packages. All refunds, however, are subject to USPS claim investigation approval.
International Priority Mail
We frequently use USPS Priority Mail when shipping abroad to the majority of nations. For the time being, our shipping system calculates shipping for a Flat Rate Priority Mail Padded Envelope plus handling. We will get in touch with you to arrange alternative shipping if the item you ordered is larger than the Flat Rate Padded Envelope can hold. We try our best to ship to you as quickly and affordably as possible, and we may decide to repackage our kits without their cardboard box to reduce the cost of international shipping.
International First Class Packages
Please be aware that if you choose the First Class shipping option for international shipping, we will not be able to trace or track your package.
Order processing time from order placement to shipment
If there are any backorders or delays, we will let you know as soon as possible. We aim to ship within one to five business days of receiving your order. Tuesday through Friday are our regular shipping days. All orders are delivered using US Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post or UPS Ground.
You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. For all tracking-related questions, please use that email and tracking information. We regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund for your purchase once you have received the tracking email.
First-class mail, insurance, and tracking restrictions
First Class mail is our most affordable shipping option. This method of shipping offers only limited tracking inside the US and no insurance. We cannot provide a refund or replacement for a First Class package that is missing, lost, or stolen.
